About Pat

Patrick Markey has over 30 years of experience working with organizations and leaders to define their goals and objectives. He employs best practices and professional processes with an emphasis on relationships. Each project is approached collaboratively as a journey to find effective solutions.

Pat, a Certified Public Accountant, specializes in business development and strategic planning. He is also an Executive Coach working with church leaders, including bishops and pastors. Pat combines his passion for coaching with his church management expertise to help achieve organizational excellence.

Pat lives in Phoenix, Arizona. He enjoys hiking and bike riding and has spent most of his life trying to deepen his relationship with God and those around him through the Focolare spirituality of unity. He has an Executive MBA from the University of Loyola Baltimore and BBA from Pace University in New York City. He served as Executive Director for National Collections at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), Executive Director of the Diocesan Fiscal Management Conference (DFMC), and most recently Managing Partner at Leadership Roundtable.
